A Rose
To walk about a rose garden leisurely
Strolling along without a care...
Welcoming an early summer breeze
A delicate sweetness fills the air.
Purple, orange, yellow, pink, shades of vivid red,
A grand masterpiece to behold.
A song, a dance, a sweet romance,
A rose bud growing old...
What is there to love about a rose?
Memories that linger, bathed in a kiss
Nurture a rose, happiness grows...
