Dance Upon Shadows

A thought to be an artist, how pensive it would be,
To paint a grand masterpiece, emotions flowing free.
Perhaps I'd be an activist, consumed by my cause,
A passionate fight to revise corrupt laws.

High on mountain meadows where troubles cease,
Joy fills my soul with songs of peace.
Reliable and solid, as an old Oak tree,
Nature brings balance, like the calming sea.

Gazing at the shooting stars, twinkling in the night,
A dance upon shadows of silver moonlight.
Life is full of choices, a chance and a smile,
The Universe before me, I'll stay here for a while.
