His Love will Sustain Us

The Goats are grazing in the field. Its peaceful living here.
I feel thankful for the blessings of each new day.
The past has been a whirlwind, the years fly by.
Adventures are a memory, the pace has slowed physically, reluctantly.
The Grand-kids come to visit, my heart is filled with love.
My own kids are grown now with lives of their own.
I'm proud of them, I love them and cherish times we are together.
My husband is my partner, my rock, and my best friend.
The early years of romance brought joy and fun to brighten our lives.
We've been challenged since that time, endured more than most would know.
God knows our hearts, our faith has kept us strong, his grace is overflowing.
Our hope is in our savior, Jesus Christ, our Lord.
I'm thankful for his sacrifice, to free us from our sin.
I'm thankful for my family, for the love we share.
God brings a special peace and calm through troubled times.
We stand strong in the Lord, giving thanks, to share our burdens, to ask for help, he helps us through so much.
We pray to God each day, for his covering of others, and for ourselves.
We worship and honor him, and put our trust in him.
He is forgiving, he is filled with loving kindness.
His love will sustain us, and anyone who asks, through the end of time.
